Florian Post is a German designer and artist working across sculpture, furniture and object. With
a background as a trained cabinet maker and studies in Design in Crafts as well as Industrial
Design at the State Academy of Art and Design Stuttgart, his practice explores the tension
between the familiar and the unfamiliar, drawing from everyday forms and objects. Through a
hands-on approach that combines physical modelling with both craft and industrial production
methods, he creates works that shift the perception of the ordinary. Minimal gestures and clear
forms are central to his process, inviting a re-examination of what we take for granted.
